50 and 100 Piece Favor Kits

• Return period: 30 days from the delivery date
• Conditions: Intact, unused product in its original packaging
• Refund: 100% of the amount paid

200 Piece Premium Kit

• Return period: 60 days from the delivery date
• Conditions: Intact, unused product in its original packaging
• Refund: 100% of the amount paid

Single Candles

• Return period: 30 days from the delivery date
• Conditions: Intact, unused product in its original packaging
• Refund: 100% of the amount paid

🔄 How to Make a Return

1. Contact Us: Send an email to pikicandleshop@gmail.com or write to us on WhatsApp within the return period
2. Indicate: Order number and reason for return
3. Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
4. Ship: Carefully package the product and send it to the indicated address
5. Refund: You will receive the refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the return

💰 Refund Methods

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase:

• PayPal: 3-5 business days

❌ Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Partially consumed candles
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging

🔧 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product during shipping:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Send photos of the product and packaging
3. We will immediately arrange for a free replacement or a full refund
