📦 Orders and Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production takes 5-7 business days (each piece is handmade). Shipping takes 2-3 days. In total: 7-10 business days from order confirmation.

Is shipping free?

Yes! Shipping is FREE for all 100 and 200 piece kits. For 50 piece kits and single candles, shipping costs €9.90.

Do you ship all over Italy?

Yes, we ship all over Italy with tracked courier. You will receive the tracking number via email.

Can I get express shipping?

Yes! We offer express shipping (1-2 days) for €19.90. Free for orders over €800.

🎨 Customization

How does customization work?

After ordering, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to confirm:
- Favors design (e.g., Lady Justice, Teddy Bear, Heart...)
- Fragrance (e.g., Vanilla, Lavender, Citrus...)
- Packaging color
- Personalized message card text

Does customization have extra costs?

NO! Customization is always included in the price. No hidden costs.

Can I choose different designs in the same kit?

Yes, for 200-piece kits, you can mix designs and fragrances. Contact us for details.

Can I see a preview before production?

Yes! For Premium kits (200 pieces) we offer a free digital preview. For other kits, available upon request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.

Can I get a discount for large quantities?

Our kits are already discounted! The more you buy, the less you pay per piece:
- 50-piece kit: €5.98/piece
- 100-piece kit: €4.99/piece (save €100)
- 200-piece kit: €4.50/piece (save €300)

Do you offer custom quotes for businesses?

Yes! For B2B orders or quantities over 200 pieces, contact us for a dedicated quote.

What are your candles made of?

100% natural soy wax, non-toxic and ecological. Cotton wicks. Certified premium fragrances.

Are the candles safe?

Yes! We use only certified and safe materials. Baby fragrances for baptisms are tested and delicate.

How long do the candles last?

Depends on the size:
- Small: ~10 hours
- Medium: ~20 hours
- Large: ~30+ hours

Can I use the favors as candles?

Yes! All our favors are functional candles, not just decorative.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes! Satisfaction or Your Money Back Guarantee:
- 30 days for 50 and 100 piece kits
- 60 days for 200-piece Premium kits

What if I am not satisfied?

Contact us within the warranty period and we will issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What if it arrives damaged?

We pack everything with care, but if something arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace damaged pieces free of charge.
